The term morning sickness is actually somewhat of a misnomer in the sense that many women experience morning sickness throughout the day. While some women are lucky enough not to experience it, others will experience bouts of nausea and may even vomit. It is generally thought that morning sickness is a reaction to the hormonal and chemical changes going on inside a woman’s body during pregnancy. Normally, morning sickness tends to lessen approximately around twelve weeks into the pregnancy but in some cases it can actually continue through the duration of the pregnancy. There are some things you can do to reduce the severity of morning sickness, but since each mother-to-be reacts differently, try these different techniques to see what works best for you.
